Port CNC is the first company to be able to offer a real file management method of using the USB port.
xlCONNECT-U offers all the same communication features as the other eNET equipment such as: the machine tool operator can download files from the company’s proven directory, securely upload files with email verification and automatic file compare. xlCONNECT-U offers printing of their CNC files when uploading or downloading and the naming structure.
The xlConnect-U can be used in conjunction with any other eNETDNC hardware such as their Cabled eNETDNC DNC and Wireless eNETDNC, their eRS Units, FTP or Serial Ports. The eRS Units are 1 Serial to Ethernet with power. The xlCONNECT-U comes with a 12 volt DC power supply and a 10 foot USB cable. It is available in two models to provide proper connections depending on your machine tools.
Users of the eNETDNC - Ethernet based CNC file management system can connect CNC machine controls using an existing computer network. Flexible, reliable, secure and cost-effective CNC file management using your existing network! eNETDNC - Available as Cabled or Wireless or configured as a combination of both. Industrial grade hardware and reliable software ensure data quality is preserved. Supports all CNC machine control types including proprietary Mazatrol format. System can be expanded to support an unlimited number of machines with no increase in software cost. Wireless eNETDNC - No issues with shop interference or noise. Operators access the eNETDNC system as if it were hardwired to the CNC, with no difference in how the DNC interface functions. Encrypted for security eNETDNC LT is a downloadable version of eNETDNC geared towards the machine shop with one or two machines. eNETDNC LT does not use the Ethernet connection and is connected directly to the machine tools using the comport on your computer, usually limiting the connection to one or two machines eNetDNC LT has many intuitive features to make editing your CNC files much easier, whether your modifying an existing file or creating a new CNC file you will find the tools in eNETDNC LT will speed up the process. System – Real Time Production Data Directly From the Machine Control Machine Monitoring can be implemented with both Cabled and Data Collection Full-featured data collection system allowing the machine operator to communicate job-related information directly from their machine's CNC machine controls.
