Introducing a brand new simplified approach to producing Renishaw probing routines for machine tools. Running in Windows®-based platforms, the applications simplify the creation and insertion of probing routines into the manufacturing process. Probing routines can be defined & created along side the metal cutting generation, integrating them as part of the development process. The need for on machine editing of part programs / processes becomes a thing of the past!!!
Faster programming & process prove-out - For - Tool Setting & Part Set-up & Inspection Productivity+ supports probing routines to set tool length and diameter, perform work-piece identification, work-piece set-up, in-process tool offset control, and part inspection (pass off). With the seamless merger of these probing routines into the production process, on-machine confidence and machine efficiency can be greatly increased.
Productivity+ GibbsCAM plug-in Productivity+ Software plug-in designed for GibbsCAM Running in Windows®-based platforms, the Productivity+ GibbsCAM Plug-in simplifies the creation and insertion of probing routines into the manufacturing process. The probing routines can be created along side the metal cutting generation, integrating them as part of the development process. High levels of confidence are gained through the use of simulation, further reducing development time.
Currently available for: Fanuc, Haas, Makino, Hitachi-Seicos, Mazatrol, Mitsubishi-Meldas, Yasnac and more being added.
