XOV can Easily read CAD files formats in IGES, VDAFS, DFX, STEP & native files from SolidsWorks, ProE, Catia & UGS. Intelligently understand GD&T information within the 3D native CAD file. XOVerifier intuitively selects or extracts features in the CAD file. Extract all size and position tolerances and assign them to the associated features. Automatically aligns import scan data (point Cloud) with the CAD model. Define which features are to be measured or inspected. Verifier automatically analyzes GD&T and generates reports. 3D scan-based inspection systems (both hardware and software) must be process-centric and integrated into existing QA workflows in order to be effective.
